What support is provided?

Conference grants are individual mobility grants for researchers presenting at high-level conferences and workshops. The grants contribute to travel, accommodation and subsistence and cover the conference/workshop fee.

  •  The application should include a requested amount, with approximate budget for travel,  meals, accommodation, and fees. Ultimately, funding for successful applicants will be determined by the Action, depending on duration of stay and other parameters, up to a
maximum of 1700€. Based on a reasonable justification, exceptions from this amount can  be accepted, if the budget allows for it.

  • Support will only be provided in the form of reimbursement after the mission, upon receipt  of an attendance certificate and link to the conference talk within 30 days from the end of the conference (Special provisions for applicants from ITC countries may apply).
